Letter from Mark and Paula Eardley

What a fantastic website & we have only just linked up to the internet.

We received our first letter yesterday. My name is Mark Eardley born June 1966 (Coachbuilder) and live in
Westhoughton, Bolton, Lancashire. I married in June 1998 to Paula Turnock (now an Eardley).

My father is David Eardley born approx. 1946 (sewing machine engineer) who was married to Pauline Moss
and then re-married to Christine. I have 3 sisters and one brother as follows:

Dawn (now married), Maxine Scaldwell, Michelle Eardley, Paul Eardley all of whom live in Westhoughton.

My father's mother is Annie Eardley, of Westhoughton, whom I know you have also recently written to. Her
husband was William Eardley (now deceased). His father, whom we think was born approx. 1900 was also
called William Eardley (Collier) and he married Edith probably in approx. 1920 ish. These are later than those
shown on your family tree. We do not have details to follow this any further back to establish the link (yet).

We are very interested in meeting fellow Eardley's in Audley in July 2000 so there will be at least 2 of us present
from Westhoughton (& as many more as we can round-up).
